The Trip (details)

FYI- Days are broken down by travel Days

Saturday 5/12 Day 1: (8:00 am) Leave Scituate with a car full of everything I own. Drive to Quincy and pick B Pitts up (better have a smile on that beautiful face of his). We will make ONE (1) stop at DD, to enjoy a delicious cup of hot coffee and maybe even a bagel. From Quincy we will drive approx 650 miles through MA, NY, PA, and finally find a hotel near Cleveland, OH. Roughly 10 hrs of driving.

Sunday 5/13 Day 2: Leave Cleveland and head the final 350 miles to Chicago, roughly 6-7 hrs. We will arrive in Chicago Sunday evening, and stay with Chicago-Meg (girl I'm buddies with from PC... Go Friars!). This is also Mother's day so we will make sure to call our Mom's and wish them Happy Mothers Day. We stay in Chicago Sunday night, catch up on some ZZZZ's, and explore the Windy City on Monday where we'll eat some Chicago-style pizza, say "Da Bears!", and slam some beers.

Tuesday 5/15 Day 3: Leave Chicago at 5:00AM for the longest travel day of the trip... Leave Chicago, and travel through IL, NE, KS, and finally arrive in Denver, CO that night. ~950 miles, 14 hrs, through the Great Planes of the United States of America. Stay in Denver with Fraz and Conga-longa-donga (my college buddies) who happen to live next to the Rockies Stadium and 2 blocks from The Real World-Denver house (where maybe we'll see Cholee from the RW-Denver being crazy). We will stay in Denver Tues, Wed, and leave Thurs morning.

Thursday 5/17 Day 4: Leave Denver at 8:00AM for the 8 hr, 600 mile drive to Jackson Hole, WY. Stay with Ed (brother), Thurs night, Friday, and Saturday. Hopefully hike, ski, hunt, chase Moose, or whitewater raft while we are there. We can stay at his place, its big and in downtown JHole (a town of 5,000 people). Should be awesome.

Sunday 5/20 Day 5: Leave Jackson Hole for the 8-10 hr drive to Lake Tahoe, CA. Through WY, ID, NV, and finally Tahoe. Get a hotel in Tahoe for the night (hopefully something romantic, maybe a heart-shaped hot tub and a bed you can put quarters into to make it shake).

Monday 5/21 Day 6: Make the 4 hr drive to San Fransisco, and down to Half Moon Bay, CA where my aunt/uncle live. Beautiful little town on the ocean about 20 miles south of SF (She lives 100 yrs from the Pacific). Stay in HMB for several days, as she will treat us like Kings and feed us, do our laundry, take us out to eat, etc. Spend 1 day exploring SF.

Wednesday 5/23 Day 7: Make the 9 hr, 500+ mile drive down the Pacific Coast Highway (PCH) from HMB to Matt Pitt's in LA. Hopefully along the PCH we can race The Fast and Furious cars, see Paris Hilton getting arrested, etc. Good Times! We will arrive in LA sometime Wednesday night. We stay in LA, see some sights, maybe meet up with a buddy of mine from CUA who lives in HollyHood, try to find LC from The Hills/Laguna Beach, etc.

On Saturday, 5/26, I will make the 4 hr drive down to Pacific Beach, and to my new home.

Because this trip in 2 weeks, 3000+ miles our dates, times, locations are somewhat flexible. I think this is a pretty good plan.
